Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury hospitality? As an Office Coordinator Housekeeper Intern, you'll work closely with our Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Manager, supporting the team with essential administrative and organizational tasks. This internship offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in office management, team coordination, and hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks, office organization, and scheduling for the housekeeping team, including managing working hours, holidays, and external labor.
  • Help maintain office records, manage housekeeping inventory, and place orders for supplies and equipment.
  • Communicate with other departments (e.g. Front Office, Technical Team) to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor linen costs, track productivity, and prepare reports to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Oversee attendance records, stock control, and assist with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) audits to maintain our high standards.

The internship allowance is €600 gross per month, based on 38 hours per week. Besides this, you also have the possibility to receive travel allowance. Every day you can enjoy a meal (for free) in our staff canteen.

What you will bring to the role
  • Your internship for a minimum period of 5 months or longer
  • Enrolled in a hospitality study
  • Work in an accurate manner with attention to detail
  • Willing to learn, show initiative, flexibility and enthusiasm
  • Excellence English skills
