Key Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable, tailor-made guest experiences with creativity
• Support with guest rooming and ensure warm welcomes and personal introductions
• Handle daily administrative tasks, including guest reviews, VIP lists, emails, and group preparation
• Manage and prepare for top VIP arrivals, including artist management and other high-profile guests
• Engage in meaningful guest contact, offering personalized service
• Monitor our online performance by analyzing guest sentiment and comparing with our comp set, identifying areas for improvement
• Lead our daily historical tour, sharing our proud history with internal and external guests
