What are you going to do in this position?

As Maître in our restaurant Bridges, you play a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional fine dining experience. Your main focus will be ensuring excellent guest service and leading the team. Besides this, some administrational work is involved such as scheduling, hour registration and you will help with selecting the right wines and pairing these with our exclusive dishes together with our Head Sommelier; Roos Stevens. 

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Leading and supervising the team
• Provide exceptional service to our guests.
• Administrational work

To qualify for this position, we ask the following:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position and environment.
• You have good leadership skills and know how to motivate a team.
• You are well organized.
• You speak fluent English and Dutch is a big plus.
