To qualify for this position, we ask the following:

• You have a minimum of MBO Level 3 Degree
• You have experience in a similar position within pastry
• You are familiar with the Luxury Fine Dining Branch
• You speak fluent English, any other language is a plus

What are you going to do in this position?

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you are in a team of ambitious and international colleagues. Together you are responsible for the pastry in restaurant Bridges, Oriole Bistro, the orders of the Library, the banqueting and room service. It is important that you have a creative approach and that you are constantly looking for improvement in de products and the design of new creations.

Bridges is a unique restaurant with a dynamic atmosphere. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with matching wines and legendary cocktails in the evening. Bridges is a combination of different spaces, each with its own distinguished menu, but with the same recognizable identity.
