To qualify for this position, we ask the following:

• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• You have passion and knowledge about spirits, beverages and cocktails
• Je speak fluent English. Dutch is a plus.
• You are empathic and have eye for detail
• You are familiar with HACCP

What are you going to do in this position?

Your main goal as Bartender is providing warm and hospitable service in order to deliver the best night possible to all of your guests. Whether you serve a soda or an innovative, legendary cocktail, you all serve them with you biggest and genuine smile.

Besides serving guests, recommending drinks and cleaning the bar, you create legendary experiences. Therefore, it is important that you can anticipate on the needs and feelings of your guests. Furthermore, you are also flexible. In other words; you can stir a Martini, shake a cocktail and at the same time have a conversation with you guest. You can give your own twist to it, as long as it is hospitable, genuine and unforgettable!
