With the Planet 21 program, Accor announces ambitious objectives. Within our hotel, we have a committed group of employees who are always looking for new initiatives that could contribute to a sustainable environment.
Examples are the fight against food waste with the app ‘Too Good to Go’, the mushroom bitterbal made from our own coffee ground and our rooftop garden! Next to that, we organize a Planet 21 event every year.
As Shadow ExCom member, you will be part of this Inside- Out Hero team for one year. Together you will work on innovative and strategic project(s). You will gain insights and diversify the perspectives that executives exposed to. In two weekly sprints, you will be able to present a new step you made with your team within your project.
Furthermore, you will work on your own personal development to develop your talents to a further extend. Therefore, you will find yourself regularly in a meeting with your team, the initiator of the specific project and team-coach. Moreover, you will meet once per quarter with our Talent Board; all to support you in your development.
As member of the Quality Committee, you are all about quality! Within all departments, you will discover and check whether all quality standards are in order and maintained. Moreover, you will come up with creative ideas to enhance our quality!
