About the position
As Guest Relations Officer, you will be the face of the hotel, responsible for ensuring that each guest’s stay is nothing short of extraordinary. Key responsibilities
  • Pro-actively engage with our guests establishing their preferences as well as their requirements.
  • Check guest profiles to highlight personal preferences that can be utilized to tailor made in-room amenities.
  • Respond to guest’s needs, requests and complaints in an effective and professional way.
  • Warmly welcome our VIP guests.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

To qualify for this position, we ask the following:
  • Minimum of one experience in a similar position (internships included).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good administration skills.
  • You are proactive and creative.
  • Excellent English skills, verbal and written.
