About the Role

This internship offers a hands-on introduction to the full spectrum of hotel operations and provides direct exposure to strategic decision making at a management level. What makes this internship truly unique, is the opportunity to work side by side with the Director of Operations on a daily basis, gaining direct insight into high level decision making and operational leadership. You will have ownership over a variety of projects and act as a true Director's assistant in managing all operational departments. When support is needed, you will actively support any guest facing role.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in hospitality and who is eager to develop strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Operations in managing multiple operational projects across various departments.
• Ensure proper follow up of timelines, action plans and cross departmental communication.
• Actively participate in multiple cross departmental projects, from concept development, to execution and evaluation.
• Assist in monitoring service quality guest satisfaction and operational standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including SOP updates, operational audits and sustainability actions.
• Analyse performance data and prepare clear structured reports to support decision making.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify operational opportunities and propose solutions.
• Shadow operational leaders to gain holistic exposure to all hotel functions.

What We're Looking For

• Hospitality student, HBO or University level, enrolled for the full internship duration, seeking a management level internship of at least 5 months, full time.
• Strong organisational skills with a natural eye for detail and structure.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and operational excellence.
• Strong communication skills analytical mindset and proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay organised in a fast paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
