Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and plate high-end dishes with consistency and finesse
• Ensure daily mise-en-place is complete and of the highest standard
• Collaborate with colleagues to guarantee smooth kitchen operations
• Support and coach junior chefs and trainees in their development
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines in all aspects of food preparation
• Participate in creative brainstorming and menu development with the team

What you bring to the role

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
• Passion for gastronomy and modern culinary techniques
• A team player with a flexible and proactive mindset
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
