None of it would be possible without our dedicated Facility Management team. Now, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join us!

What do we offer?

Not only during, but also after your internship, we see possibilities and career opportunities. You also have the possibility to do various cross trainings in different departments to broaden your hotel knowledge. As part of your internship experience, you'll get the opportunity to take part in an operational shift once a month, giving you valuable hands-on insight into our daily operations.

The internship allowance is €600 gross per month, based on 38 hours per week. Besides this, you also have the possibility to receive travel allowance. Every day you can enjoy a meal (for free) in our staff canteen.

Your role:

• Acting as the manager's assistant and serving as the main point of contact in their absence.
• Supporting daily hotel operations by physically assisting departments and ensuring all back-of-house areas remain clean and presentable.
• Contacting suppliers to request and review items including China Wear, and updating internal reports.
• Collecting and organizing monthly departmental reports and helping prioritize operational needs.
• Overseeing waste-management processes and monitoring the garbage storage area.
• Assisting with scheduling and general planning tasks.
• Conducting HACCP rounds by checking cleanliness, expiry dates and stickering, completing temperature logs, reviewing cleaning lists and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Managing the staff canteen including supplies, meal set-up, cleaning coordination and checking deliveries.

What we are looking for:

• You are enrolled in your university for the entire duration of the internship.
• You are available for at least 22 hours per week.
• You have a hands-on mentality and are eager to learn the ins and outs of Facility Management within the luxury hospitality industry.
• You have a passion for creating seamless guest experiences behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs flawlessly.
• You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a passionate team.
