About the Role
This internship offers a hands-on introduction to the full spectrum of hotel operations and provides direct exposure to strategic decision-making at management level. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and play a key role in supporting daily operations, as well as driving and coordinating a variety of operational and strategic projects. You will gain experience in administrative and management tasks, with F&B operations remaining the priority. When support is needed, you will be actively involved on the floor. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality and eager to develop strong project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Director of Operations in overseeing daily operations (Rooms, F&B, Guest Services, etc.).
Actively participate in multiple cross-departmental projects, from concept development to execution and evaluation.
Assist in monitoring service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational standards.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including SOP updates, operational audits, and sustainability actions.
Support the planning and execution of hotel events, seasonal activations, and operational rollouts.
Analyze performance data and prepare clear, structured reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate with department managers to identify operational opportunities and propose solutions.
Shadow operational leaders to gain holistic exposure to all hotel functions.
What We're Looking For
Hospitality student (HBO/University level), enrolled for the full internship duration, seeking a management-level internship of at least 5 months (full-time).
Strong eagerness to develop project management skills and enjoyment in working on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Passion for luxury hospitality and operational excellence.
Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and proactive attitude.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English.
