As a Guest Experience Intern, you will gain hands on experience across both Front Office and Guest Relations, offering you a unique opportunity to discover every stage of the guest journey. This internship provides a broad overview of Front of House operations, allowing you to develop operational, guest focused and commercial skills within a luxury hotel environment. By supporting two key departments, you will build a well rounded understanding of how exceptional service is delivered from arrival to departure.


What are you going to do?


Throughout your internship, you will divide your time between the Front Office and Guest Relations teams, experiencing the responsibilities and daily operations of both departments. This unique combination will give you valuable insight into how the teams work together to create seamless and memorable guest experiences.

At the Front Office, you will welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, respond to guest requests and become familiar with the daily operations of the reception. Within Guest Relations, you will help personalise guest stays, support VIP arrivals, anticipate guest needs and contribute to creating unforgettable moments.

By working across both departments, you will gain a complete understanding of the Front of House operation while developing strong communication, organisational and problem solving skills. You will also develop an understanding of commercial awareness by learning about room categories, upgrades, guest preferences and commercial opportunities, while always maintaining our luxury service standards.

You will also have the opportunity to take part in various cross trainings across different departments to broaden your hotel knowledge. As part of your internship experience, you will participate in an operational shift once a month, giving you valuable hands on insight into our daily operations.

The internship allowance is €600 gross per month, based on 38 hours per week. In addition, you may be eligible for a travel allowance. Every day, you can enjoy a complimentary meal in our staff canteen.

Your profile


  • You are enrolled in a hospitality related study.
  • You are available for a minimum of five months, starting as soon as possible.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • You are flexible, motivated and eager to learn.
