About the Role

This internship offers a hands-on introduction to the commercial side of luxury hospitality, with a focus on sales and revenue management. You will work closely with the Director of Revenue and the Director of Sales & Marketing, supporting daily activities as well as selected projects.

The role is office-based from Monday to Friday, with extensive use of Excel as a key working tool. This internship is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy student who is eager to understand how sales and revenue activities contribute to overall hotel performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales and Revenue Management teams in day-to-day activities
• Assist with reporting, including data collection and basic analysis
• Monitor hotel ramp-up on a daily basis and provide input to support commercial decisions
• Participate in Revenue and Sales meetings
• Conduct data research, market research, and competitive analysis
• Develop monthly reports
• Process proposal requests; create, maintain, and update databases
• Play an active role in administrative tasks within the team and support ad-hoc projects

You will act as an important connection between data and commercial operations, with plenty of room to show initiative and develop your skills.

What We're Looking For

• Student enrolled in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics or a related program for the full duration of the internship
• Available for a full-time internship (5 days per week) for a minimum of 5–6 months
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Well organised, proactive, and eager to learn
• Fluency in English
